The UK Bribery Act 2010
The Bribery Act 2010 became law on 1st July 2011, creating a new criminal offence for organisations that fail to prevent bribery and corruption by people working for or on their behalf. At Dignity we pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for conducting our business activities in a professional, responsible and ethical manner.
We will not tolerate bribery at Dignity and we are fully committed to complying with the Bribery Act. Adopting the principles set out in the Government guidance relating to the Bribery Act, we have introduced internal policies and procedures to minimise the risk of bribery and corruption within Dignity.
