Section 198 Notification
The Company was notified on 31st July 2006 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
By Aegon Asset Management UK plc that it had on 31st July 2006 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,756,473 of the Company's shares representing 3.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
