Dignity plc ("Company") Change in Directors’ Particulars
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Ishbel Macpherson, Non-Executive Director of Dignity, is to be appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc on 1 February 2013.
