The Company was notified on 25th April 2005 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
- By Standard Life Investments that it had on 22nd April 2005 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,415,957 of the Company's Shares representing 3.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
