Holding(s) in Company
The Company was notified on 6th January 2005 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
- By Lloyds TSB Group plc that it had on 6th January 2006 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 3,142,885 of the Company's shares representing 3.928% of the issued share capital of the Company.
- This holding is split between two subsidiaries of Lloyds TSB Group plc. Scottish Widows Investment Partnership hold 3,136,972 of the Company's shares representing 3.921% of the issued share capital of the Company. Lloyds TSB Private Banking hold 5,910 of the Company's shares representing 0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company.
