Holding(s) in Company
The Company was notified on 16th March 2006 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
- By Tiger Global Management, L.L.C. that it had on 15th March 2006 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,704,933 of the Company's shares representing 3.381% of the issued share capital of the Company.
- This holding is split between three subsidiaries of Tiger Global Management, L.L.C. Tiger Global, L.P. hold 1,972,513 of the Company's shares representing 2.466% of the issued share capital of the Company. Tiger Global, Ltd. hold 687,284 of the Company's shares representing 0.859% of the issued share capital of the Company. Tiger Global II, L.P. hold 45,136 of the Company's shares representing 0.056% of the issued share capital of the Company.
