Holding(s) in Company
The Company was notified on 12th April 2006 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
- By Tiger Global Management, L.L.C. that it had on 7th April 2006 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 4,517,873 of the Company's shares representing 5.647% of the issued share capital of the Company.
- This holding is split between three subsidiaries of Tiger Global Management, L.L.C. Tiger Global, L.P. holds 3,198,203 of the Company's shares representing 3.998% of the issued share capital of the Company. Tiger Global, Ltd. holds 1,246,100 of the Company's shares representing 1.558% of the issued share capital of the Company. Tiger Global II, L.P. holds 73,570 of the Company's shares representing 0.092% of the issued share capital of the Company.
