The Company was notified on 15th August 2006 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
By Fidelity International that it had on 14th August 2006 ceased to have notifiable interest in Shares pursuant to the Act.
