Directors' interests in ordinary shares of the Company
Dignity plc announces that yesterday the following Directors were granted ordinary shares of 9 pence each in acordance with the Dignity plc Sharesave Plan as disclosed in the prospectus issued when the company listed on 8th April 2004.
Their resultant holdings of ordinary shares remains unchanged. The table below sets out the details:
