From the first phone call the service has been exceptional. Carmel was professional yet very kind and caring, I can’t thank her enough for getting me through this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and she continually went over and above my expectations treating dad as if he was her own family. Rebecca looked after us on the day of the funeral and she was so kind and understanding.

Nicola at your Shafton branch was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, she listened, advised and delivered the perfect send off for my late grandma. Throughout she showed us all great kindness and empathy, professionalism and care. You could clearly see how dedicated she is to her vocation and how deeply she cares about each and every family. In such a hard time she managed to releive our worries and help us see the happy memories through the sadness. Thank you Nicola
