The Company was notified on 21st March 2005 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
- By Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) that it had on 18th March 2005 ceased to have a notifiable interest in Shares pursuant to the Act.
