Directors' interests in ordinary shares of the Company
Dignity plc announces that today the following Directors were granted options over ordinary shares of 10.5 pence each in accordance with the Dignity plc Sharesave Plan as disclosed in the prospectus issued when the company listed on 8th April 2004.
Their holdings of ordinary shares remain unchanged. The table below sets out the details:
