Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 3rd February 2005 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):
- By Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) that it had on 2nd February 2005 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 3,974,741 of the Company's Shares representing 4.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
