  • When someone dies, the first steps will depend on how and where the person passed away. Our step-by-step guides will walk you through the practical steps. For additional support and personal advice, please get in touch with us.


  • You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.


  • Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.


  • If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.


  • Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.

I found all staff very helpful and very careing,nothing was to much for them to help me and my family through this sad time. The service was a perfect send off. As we didn't want black the staff Evan wore red ties as to our request. The follow up after was very careing. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts

The staff were extremely polite and professional and made everything as straightforward as possible. They took care of so much of the details to ensure that everything went smoothly and were very supportive of us as a family through the whole process and very accommodating to our needs and wishes.

We cannot fault the service we received from the Tewkesbury branch. I think it was Tracey we dealt with and she was so caring and compassionate but very professional also and knew just the right things to say and when to take a break if my mum got a little upset. She was so lovely and helpful and is an asset to your company. She recommended Claire Fraser as our celebrant and she was totally amazing and kind. It all made a very difficult and upsetting time just that little bit easier

Tracie was extremely supportive and compassionate. She gave plenty of time to dealing with arrangements and was especially good at explaining the limitations and extra responsibilities imposed by the need for covid security. IT was like being assisted by a trusted friend.

I could not fault the service my mom was given. Tracey who dealt with everything for me was excellent as were the gents who came on the day. Everything that had been arranged was done I could not have wished for a better service for my dear mom. All who came to her funeral commented on how lovely it was for a send off. Tracie was fantastic. She was really kind and talked everything through with me as I hadn't been through the funeral process before. She was constantly making sure everything was in order so I didn't have to worry about anything. She assured me that they'd look after my Dad, which was very comforting. The gentlemen who brought my Dad to the church were very respectful and kind. I would highly recommend Malcolm J Presland Funeral Directors.

Excellent Service from start to finish. The whole process was dealt with in a sympathetic manner and nothing was too much trouble. We were particularly impressed with the "little touches" - "taking our Father into your care" "White rose on him whilst in your care". All the staff were disciplined, discrete and very caring. PS "Tracie's Coffee Shop" was a welcome haven in a time of great sadness, sorrow and grief, always available, a lovely cup of coffee and a listening ear
