Ginns & Gutteridge Funeral Directors, Leicester
About our Leicester funeral home
We have a long history and reputation of going the extra mile for our families and ensuring their loved ones are cared for to the highest standards. We are always striving to set the standards in funeral care and, consequently, were the first funeral directors in the city to have a motorised hearse.
Our funeral home in Leicester city centre has recently been refurbished to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our families. We have a beautiful stained-glass window donated to us by the church, a horse drawn carriage and old ledgers dating back to April 1907. But most importantly, we have a team of people here who will work tirelessly to help you and your family through this difficult time.
We promise to listen to you carefully and help you at every turn. We have specially equipped facilities, can easily accommodate those physically disabled and have a wash and dress area if you need it. We welcome every religion and denomination and are ideally located near to Guru Nanak Gurdwara and St Nicholas Church.
From our funeral home in Leicester city centre, we have been able to serve the neighbouring areas of Westcotes, Newfoundpool, Frog island and beyond. You can also visit our other branches in Evington, Long Eaton or Loughborough, if they are closer to you.
If there is anything we can do to make you feel more at ease, please let us know. You can call us at any time of the day on 0116 251 6117, we are here for you.

Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.
If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.
