Reviews for Dowsett & Jenkins Funeral Directors in Streatham
Having never arranged a funeral before was very grateful for all the help given.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful I would definitely recommend Dowsett & Jenkins.
Sandy was an invaluable help arranging everything and constantly keeping us informed at all times.
Thank you to everyone at Dowsett & Jenkins
When they came and picked my dads body on the day of his death they explained to me how they were going to wrap him and take him out of the house, they also allowed m to stay in the room while they done it. They also gave me a few more minutes with my dad before they took him away.
When it came to the day of dads funeral the guys were fantastic. The head guy introduced himself to me and offered his condolences and explained how the day was going to play out.
I sat in the passenger seat of the first car and the driver was very pleasant and engaging.
We were explained how to all walk together while carrying the coffin, and how things will go while inside.
After the service the head guy came and apologise to me for something that vicar did not do(which I must add was our own vicar). I told the head guy it was not his fault but I thanked him all the same.
Again I will say that Dorset & Jenkins done an excellent job and done my dad and me proud.
Forgot to mention that Dorset and Jenkins opened on a Saturday for me to go and dress my dad. Which I was so thankful for.
