Jerry Young gave us excellent service. His manner was very caring and he struck the right note in some light hearted humour which made the process for us less of a sad affair.

The only thing that needs addressing is that when sorting out prices etc there should be a question as to whether the grave in question that will need to be opened up has a kerb stone in it or not. If it has it adds £400 to the bill to remove it first. This wasn’t asked in our situation and only came to light the day before the burial. This is not a time you need to be told this so it would be easier all around if this was asked at first stage.

Thank you for your review.
I am sorry that the question relating to the grave having a kerb set was not asked during the funeral arrangements. Your feedback is much appreciated.
