Reviews of our services
This was my first time dealing with funeral arrangements and had looked throughout the internet for advice, support and confidence of choosing the best funeral directors
I live locally and have passed your St Marks house many times, never thinking I would need to call
I am so glad that I did and especially glad that Lewis picked up the phone. I immediately felt confident that Harrisons and Lewis would be the right choice
With all things COVID etc, Lewis expertly held my hand as he took me through Dad's care & funeral arrangements
So I guess I would expect all funeral directors to do this, but I have got to say that Lewis was so supportive and caring as we spoke many times over the last few weeks on the phone and in person and he ensured that everything was in hand at the funeral. My mam and family all mentioned Lewis in a positive light from the choice of celebrationist who was excellent to the care that he showed for all of us on the day. Furthermore this extended to a follow up telephone call ensuring that myself and family were all doing ok
So a huge thank you to all of you, but especially Lewis a credit to your company
A funeral is always difficult but a service we all need to use sadly, I would not hesitate to recommend W.S.Harrison and Son funeral directors ( St Marks House Shields Road Newcastle upon Tyne)
Once again thank you to all at Harrison’s, especially Jerry, for the excellent service you all provided to Mam and the whole family.
Take care of and stay safe in these unprecedented times.
Michael Hayes supported us through every step, took away all the stress, was available for support all the time and could not do enough for us.
Mam had a beautiful service.
My late partner was treated with respect, care and dignity. Harrison's funeral parlor have attended to a lot of my late deceased family. I would highly recommend them if you want your dearly departed looked after.
