Reviews for Jennings Funeral Directors in Wolverhampton
They made a difficult day that much easier taking away a lot of the stress and worry.
A big thank you from the Moore family.
and we were kept informed at all stages of the arrangements and we knew we could ask anything we were unsure about.
Sharon was also very helpful and professional, guiding us through the burial itself with dignity, and a warm sensitivity, for which we were most grateful.
Sharon who led the service on the day at our request after we were so impressed at her manner leading our Step fathers funeral six years earlier. Once again she put us at ease, took her time to make sure the day was Mom's day and showed the utmost dignity and professionalism.
Thank you to you both and all the other staff at Jennings Funeral Diretors for making the day of mom's funeral one she would have been proud of. We would highly recommend
Jacquie C (Codsall branch)
Sharon at your Codsall office was most helpful in every way.
The service we received from thd Codsall branch was exceptional. Staff were friendly and kind but also very professional. We had confidence that all would go well - which it did. Thank you
From Mitch who The Home described as the most dignified and respectful undertaker they had ever witnessed and who was allowed to be with us on the Day although scheduled for Coventry, through to Mark who went to endless trouble to ensure that the funeral route and the Day itself were exactly what we wanted and to Chris at Codsall Branch, who is efficiency through and through. Every single Member of Staff can be congratulated upon a first class service and we would certainly not hesitate to recommend your Company.
Christine was also helpful when we brought my father to the Chapel of Rest at the branch in Codsall. We'd brought him down in his wheelchair from the Willows Care Home and unfortunately collected some mud on the way. She put us at ease when we were worried when some of the mud ended up on the carpet.
One note, the provision of a removable ramp would have been helpful. The front of the building was impossible to access with a wheelchair, so we went down a side alley to the back, but there was still one steep step to negotiate.
High calibre staff.
Everything was taken care of and ran smoothly.
Photo received at the end was a lovely touch.
Thank you for making an extremely difficult day something my Mom would have been proud of.
