We've been very happy to use Jennings for both parents funerals, within 5 months of each other. Staff at the premises in Wombourne were very helpful and considerate. I, like presumably many people who haven't had to arrange a funeral before, have been shocked by the cost though. I appreciate it is a very delicate time, the last thing you would want to ask when arranging for someone to take care of a parent is how much it's going to cost??
My only complaint about personnel was concerning the two gentleman who did come to collect my Mom from our home. They didn't offer any condolences on arrival, walked into her bedroom and started to put labels on her arm when I had to stop them and ask them to explain first what they were going to do, there didn't seem to be any understanding of my feelings at all. I did mention this to staff at the Wombourne office.
I've found it very helpful to be able to visit Jennings premises in Wombourne, as close to where we live.

I am disappointed to hear your description of the gentlemen who came to bring your Mom into our care and I will be passing these comments to the Management Team.
