Since 2003, Dillistone & Wraights Funeral Directors in Bognor Regis has been helping families in our West Sussex community who have experienced loss. We are here for you at this difficult time and would be honoured to arrange a dignified funeral for your loved one.

Our funeral home is on the Queensway, just off the High Street, which allows us to serve the whole of Bognor Regis, including the suburb of Aldwick and villages of Middleton-on-Sea and South Bersted. We have a chapel of rest that is available for use – outside of our normal visiting hours, if necessary – should you wish to spend some time with your loved one.

2. The price promise relates to all of the funeral services provided by us and is not applicable to costs charged by a third party as part of the funeral

3. If using a funeral benefit discount, this will be taken off the Dignity price before any comparisons to competitors’ prices are made under the price promise

4. We reserve the right to apply, withdraw, modify or terminate the price promise in whole or in part at any time or for any reason

  • You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.


  • Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.


  • If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.


  • Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.

Great service . We had never had to arrange a funeral before and felt unsure. I can honestly say we were instantly put at ease and helped throughout each stage from booking through to aftercare . From the first contact with the funeral directors everything was tailored to our needs and the requests in my dad's prepaid funeral plan. Quietly efficient, all our questions were answered. Communication excellent especially given a lot of it was done 'long distance'. The choice of celebrant for the service was spot on - he 'got' my dad perfectly.

Obviously always a difficult and sad time organising a funeral for a loved one. Tanya made a difficult time much much easier. She and Sarah and Paul were always there for us, professional, supportive and kind. Paul was with us at the interment and couldn’t have been better. All in all, it was a much better experience than I was expecting and I can’t thank the whole team enough.

We were extremely happy with the care and advise given to us by the kind and professional team. They were very knowledgeable about all the different aspects and possibilities, and nothing was ever too much trouble, even when we had some fairly very last minute changes to some parts of our service.
We chose Dillistone and Wraights because when I did the initial ring around to get an idea of prices, the lovely office manager was very helpful and frank about their charges, and we liked the idea of a female Funeral Director to look after my mother-in-law. We were also put in touch with a kind and experienced celebrant, who did a wonderful job, and gave us a very personalised memorial.
In the end, they did us proud, and we had everything we could have wanted. We had the most beautiful service for my mother-in-law, as all who could attend or watch via the video links appreciated, and it all came within a budget that we feel was good value for money. Can’t recommend the team in Bognor Regis enough.

Thanks Tanya and Sarah for a fantastic compassionate service at a fair cost. You were recommended to me by a friend and I would also definitely recommend. This is the second funeral I have to arrange during the past year, and your service was definitely best. It was very comprehensive, including a useful package of documents with prices following our face to face meeting so I could discuss with my sons; and it was wonderful to have your help with the celebrant, flowers and slide show. We were greeted with sincerity and dignity and had our wishes listened to and discussed. I lost my mum on 13th July 2019 we had her funeral on 31st July although a very sad day I can say Sarah and her team gave there all for this day I can hand on heart say they covered everything 100% with care respect and love to mum and our family couldnt have asked for a better day highly recomnended and thank you for every little kind detail❤

Very caring reception in the office at Bognor. Attended to all the details with minimum of having to involve the family yet took into account all the family’s wishes. Unfortunate that the hearse was delayed due to road closure, but we weren’t rushed even though we arrived late. Staff took care of all the details. Would suggest if having a long journey to the crematorium the company allow time in case of unexpected delays. This was a 70 mile trip so likely to have odd delays which should be pre considered and extra time allowed. Can’t fault staff friendliness or consideration
