About our Halton funeral home

Kaye’s of Halton Funeral Directors in Leeds is here to arrange funeral services of the highest standards. We opened in 2012 to complement our sister homes in Beeston and Moortown. We deliver consistent quality from our facilities, treating every family with kindness, care and compassion.

At our funeral parlour, our friendly, welcoming professionals will work together with you to plan your loved one’s farewell. We will listen to your requests, helping you put together a fitting ceremony, before making the funeral arrangements on your behalf.

We have all the necessary facilities to provide the highest standards of funeral care, including a private arranging room and a chapel of rest. Our building also has disabled access at the front. You can reach us from the surrounding areas of Colton, Halton Moor, Cross Gates and Whitkirk.

  • You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.


  • Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.


  • If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.


  • Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.

From my first telephone conversation, and through the whole process of arranging my mother's funeral and the after care, the service I have received from Angela and the team has been first class.
Every detail was taken care of, and I was supported and kept up to date with all the arrangements and choices available.
The cremation service was impeccably organised and the personal support, care and consideration from Claire in York was perfect.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kaye's of Halton to anyone who has need of their services. Thank you to everyone involved.

Lady who handled my original call to Dignity was very kind and reassuring and got Funeral Director to call me the same day. Very personal and attentive service by Angela in the local branch of Kayes. She always answered any queries by email or phone call the same day where possible. There was no pressure to rush into planning funeral, and complete consideration was given to what our family wanted. She even gave lovely suggestions about personal items to display with my dad’s coffin.
Also felt other funeral director’s staff who attended cremation were professional, punctual and discreet.
Thank you for arranging everything to go so smoothly. I would definitely recommend your service and the local funeral directors to friends and family.

Richard, the FD, consulted and kept me informed at all stages, which was especially important to me as I do not live locally.

At such a sad time when you are grieving for a loved one it was reassuring to deal with such professional, empathetic people. The staff at Kayes of Halton helped to ease the enormous pressure of dealing with the pain of loss. From arranging the funeral to the day of the funeral was exemplary. I was kept informed regarding all aspects of the arrangements e.g. the order of service being printed, timings, flowers arriving etc.

the staff were very helpful and explained everything well , they dealt with or needs, the whole arrangements went very well pleased with everything , The service went well , the nephews were happy they were let walk with the coffin it gave comfort to them I think .

I have to thank Skipton Building Society in Leeds for recommending Dignity when sorting out my Dads accounts. The Pearl option was ideal for my Dad when he passed & because of Dignity funeral plan I felt like I had a guiding hand & because the funeral had been paid for in advance I didn’t have the extra stress of worrying about money.
Angela from Kaye’s of Halton was supportive & understanding throughout. She was friendly, approachable & I could contact her about any concerns I had.
I would have no hesitation recommending Kaye’s of Halton & Dignity.

Very professional and helpful from the start to the finish of the funeral arrangements.. Angela in the funeral office was very compassionate talked through all the funeral options, and did not try to push a more expensive funeral service that was not required.
The lay preacher did a brilliant speach about my dad he would have been proud.
And the funeral director of the Hirse walked dad out of his street and into lawnswood this was very important to myself..
Top service from everyone.they Worked within our price range.. Just made a very hard and upsetting time bearable. Dignity also did follow up calls to see if we needed the free aftercare service. I would definitely recommend kays of Halton first class service and more.
