Patricia Kathleen Jones, known as Pat, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 1st January 2025 aged 76 years. Surrounded by her family.
Loving Mum to Jane, Sharon and Stephen, partner to Neil (Candy) and a cherished Nan to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Pat will be very sadly missed by all her many family and friends throughout her life.
