Tony Smith passed away suddenly but peacefully in Watford General Hospital on 1st February 2026 with his daughter by his side.
His family would like to invite you to join them in celebrating Tony’s life on Thursday 5th March 2026 at 3.30pm at West Herts Crematorium, High Elms Lane, Watford WD25 0JS.
A wake will be held afterwards at The Unicorn Pub, 38 Gallows Hill, Abbots Langley WD4 8LU, to which all are warmly invited.

The family have asked that guests wear clothes that they are comfortable in. They will be marking Tony’s love for Watford Football Club with accents of red, yellow & black, which all are welcome to join in with.
No flowers please, but daffodils will be on hand for guests to place on his coffin at the end of the service to reflect Tony’s Welsh heritage as well as his love of ‘the Hornets’.
