It is with deep sadness we announce that Jack passed away at West Oak Nursing Home on Wednesday 1st April, aged 92.
Jack will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends and all those that knew him.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Tuesday 5th May, at 2pm in the Wellington Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, may be made to Help for Heroes, via the link below, in memory of Jack.
