Shirley Rose Osborne sadly passed away on 1st April 2026 aged 90 years. She will be greatly missed by all her family.
The family have requested that attendees at the funeral wear formal but colourful attire, and would prefer friends and family not to wear black clothes.
Shirley's wake will be held at Finbars Restaurant, on top of West Bay Cafe, West Bay Promenade, Off Sea Rd, Westgate-on-Sea CT8 8QA, from 11:30am.
