David passed away peacefully on 2nd May at University Hospital of Wales.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday 21st May in Cardiff & Glamorgan Memorial Park at 1pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, would be appreciated to LATCH.
