Connie (Constance) passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 1st May. Connie was a much loved Mam of Gillian and David, Gran of Rosie and William, Wife of Stuart, Sister of Andrew, Cousin of Geoff and Martin. Aunt, Sister in law and friend to many.
Connie will be laid to rest by her immediate family at a private service at Sunderland Crematorium.
Anyone who wishes to do so may honour Connie's memory by making a donation to The Samaritans.
May you rest in peace now Connie - forever in our hearts and thoughts.
