Helen Clare Arundel, aged 57, passed away peacefully at York Hospital on Friday, 1st May 2026. Born on 11th December 1968, Helen brought immense light, warmth, and love into the world throughout her life.

 
Helen was the heart of her family, known for her deeply caring nature and her devotion to those she held dear. She was the loving wife of Ian, with whom she shared a beautiful life filled with love. She was also the beloved daughter of Dot and Dave, who raised her with love and pride.
 
As a mum, Helen was simply the heart of her children’s lives. She loved Sam and Hollie with all her heart, guiding them with endless warmth and kindness. Her love was a quiet comfort that they will carry with them forever.
 
Her legacy of love continued to grow as she became an amazing grandma to Lily and Daniel, who brought her boundless pride and joy. Helen’s family was her proudest achievement, and her memory will live on forever in their hearts.
 
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
