It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pauline (Ita) McNiffe (nee McGovern) on Sunday, 1st June 2025. Pauline’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering love touched all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Pauline will forever remain cherished in the hearts of her family, who grieve her loss deeply. She is survived by her devoted husband Denis, her loving sons Dermot and Caillin, her daughter-in-law Paula, and her treasured grandsons Aidan, Finnen, and Angus. Her family was her greatest joy, and her presence in their lives was a source of love and comfort that will never be forgotten.
Pauline will also be dearly missed by her adoring siblings: sister Terry (Dublin) and brother Cyril (Galway). Her many nieces and nephews, who held a special place in her heart, mourn her passing alongside extended family and friends.
Pauline’s legacy of devotion and love will endure in the memories of those who knew her. Her life was marked by her care and compassion for others, resilience, and the ability to bring light, laughter and kindness into every room she entered.
May she rest in eternal peace.
