On Thursday 2nd April 2026, aged 96, Sylvia died peacefully at Royal Blackburn Hospital after a happy morning with some of her large family and a final cup of tea.
We will be holding a service in Whalley Parish Church ahead of a short cremetorium service, followed by an afternoon reception at the Artisan Ribble Valley. All are welcome and we would love you to join us.
Donations in memory of Sylvia may be made to The Parish Church of Saint Mary and All Saints or the Alzheimer's Society.
