Beloved husband of Jean, devoted Dad of Lesley and Lisa, and cherished Grandad of Eleanor, Logan and Alice.
Les was a well-known and respected member of the Goldthorpe community, proudly running Taylor's Shoes for over 50 years and serving generations of local families with kindness and generosity.
Les' funeral will be held on Thursday 21st May at 1.30pm at Barnsley Crematorium.
The Funeral procession will be passing by Les' shop, on High Street, Goldthorpe, between approximately 1pm to 1.15pm.
The family warmly welcome all to attend the service and the funeral tea afterwards at The Crown Inn, Barnburgh.
In Les' memory, donations in lieu of flowers to support The Salvation Army Goldthorpe for children's toys and activities will be gratefully received. More information can be found on their website.
