It is with great sadness that we are sharing the news of Terence 'Terry' Le-Surf passing on the 2nd of June, aged 86. A much-loved husband, dad, grandad, brother and friend.
The service will be held at Mortlake Crematorium at 4.40pm, followed by a reception at The Petersham Hotel, from
6pm. All are welcome.
Flowers would be greatfully appreciated or donations in Terry's memory can be made to Great Ormond Street Hospital charity- Just Giving page is attached to this notice, Prostate Cancer UK or the British Heart Foundation, all causes were close to his heart.
Thank you so much for your love, kindness and support during this time.
