It is with deep sadness to announce that Michael passed away at Madison Court care home on 2nd July 2024 aged 88 years.
Michael was a loving husband to Ann and a caring father to Helen and his late son John.
Michael will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
In celebration of Michael's life, we would like to ask that all attending to please avoid traditional funeral attire and to wear colour.
Special thank you to all the staff at Madison Court for their love and care.
The funeral will be held on Thursday 25th July at St Peters church at 12.45hrs, followed by interment at Newton cemetery.
Family flowers only please, with donations, if desired to be shared between Madison Court care home and Dementia UK.
Family and friends are welcome to join us after the funeral to share memories of Michael at The Pied Bull Hotel High St Newton-le- Willows.
