It is with deep sadness that we announce that Ray passed away peacefully on the 2nd August at St Luke's Hospice in Thurrock following a 10 week hospital/hospice stay.
He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
He expressed to us how he wished for his funeral to be a celebration of his life and not to be one of sadness. With this in mind, we would kindly ask that a splash of colour is worn by those attending the funeral in the hope to brighten the day.
We hope that many of those who played a part in Ray's life can come together and to pay their last respects and to share some of the stories you have of him.
