Cherry passed away peacefully at Robertson Nursing Home in Godalming age 98 years.
She will be sadly missed by her children Mark, Paul, Rachel & Jane and grandchildren Johanna, Jasper, Amelia, Finlay & Freya, and all of her family and friends.
The Thanksgiving Service will be held at 12pm on Friday 10th October at Busbridge Church in Godalming, followed by burial at Eashing Cemetery, and a reception with lunch celebrating Cherry & John's lives at the adjacent St.Marks Community Centre (details below).
As Cherry wrote: "I do not want service to be stuffy or gloomy (no mourning clothes!), but joyful, a thanksgiving to God for the wonderful life He has given me, a loving husband and 4 super children".
