Jennifer sadly passed away peacefully at her home.
A loving wife to Sam,
Loving Mum to Jo and Lucy,
A loving Nanny to James, Sophie, Sam and Charlie.
She will be greatly missed by all of us.
Donations in memory of Jen for The Big Space Cancer Appeal/Longfield Community Hospice may be made on the day of the service.
