Passed away suddenly on April 3rd, aged 27.
Deeply loved son of Jane and Marty, loved brother of Joe and Cam.
Dearly loved grandson of Sandra, Ann and Ronald and nephew of Greg.
A celebration of his life will take place on Friday 10th May at 1pm in the gardens at Barugh Grange, Thornton Hill, YO61 3QA.
No flowers please, by request. Donations received in memory of Sam will be for York Carers.
Please bring along your favourite photo of Sam and the memory that goes with it. All welcome.
