Andrew Carruth (54) sadly passed away on the 3 April 2026 at the Arthur Rank Hospice after a short battle with bowel cancer. A well-known teacher and Scout leader in Ely, Andrew was also a professional photographer and artist. He is survived by his wife Donna, their children George and Henry, his Mum and Dad, Heather and John and his sister Fiona. He was a kind, generous and a friend to everyone. A funeral will be held on the 23rd April at Cambridge Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Arthur Rank Hospice in Andrew’s memory and to recognise the care and support they gave Andrew and his family in his last days.
