Sadly Patricia passed away at Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice on Friday 3rd April 2026, aged 82 years.
There will be a celebration of Patricia's life held at Reading Crematorium South Chapel on Tuesday 28th April 2026 at 11.30 am, where we will be able to say our goodbyes.
