It is with deep sadness we announce that Connie passed away at home on Sunday 3rd May, aged 75.
Connie will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Friday 5th June, at 2.30pm in the Braccan Chapel.
Please wear bright colours as a celebration of Connie's life.
