It is with deep sadness we announce that Patricia passed away at Lynwood Care Centre on Wednesday 3rd July, aged 86.
Patricia will be greatly missed by her loving daughters Sharon and Deana, her family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd July at 2pm, in the Wellington Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, can be made to Cancer Research UK, via the link below, in memory of Patricia.
