It is with sincere and profound sadness that I announce that my dear brother Simon has passed away.
Loving son to his late parents Charlie and Pancy Tilley. Brother to Jon, John and Mark. Brother-in-law to Debbie. Doting Uncle to Sam, Matt, Shan, Charlie, Poppy and Jessica. Simon will be deeply missed by all his family and friends
