Thomas (Tommy)
Passed away peacefully in Hospital surrounded by his loving family on July 3rd. A much loved son to the late Mary and Samuel. Beloved husband to Lilian, adored dad to Sam, Nichola, Steven, Kimberly, Tom, Thomas, Lynne and the late Darren. A much loved brother to John, Richard, Colin, Anne, Mavis, Margy and the late Joe, Henry and Mary. A treasured grandad and great grandad. A much loved father-in - law, uncle and dear friend to many.
Donations in memory of Tommy, can be made to Ward 8, C/O South Tyneside Hospital. A Donation box will be available on the day.
