Davina passed away peacefully at St David's Hospice, aged 82.
Loving wife to Giuseppe, beloved Mum to Piero, Gina and Francesca, cherished Nonna to Daniela, Roberto, Alexandra, Emily, Olivia, Jake and Carly.
Davina will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if wished, may be made to Friends of Renal Care at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
The family have shared that guests should feel free to dress comfortably, with no expectation to wear dark colours.
