Passed away at home with his wife Evelyn, son Martyn and daughter Jill by his side on Thursday September the 3rd 2026 aged 90 years.
James, beloved husband of Evelyn, adored father of Martyn and Jill, father-in-law of Sarah and Giancarlo, loving grandfather of Stephen and Neil and a dear friend to many.
Would family and friends please meet for service at Church of the Holy Saviour, Tynemouth on Monday 21st September 2026 at 2pm. Cremation to follow at Tynemouth Crematorium at 3pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Prostate Cancer UK via the donate button below or via a collection as you leave Church.
Everyone is welcome to join the family following the service at The Percy Park Rugby Club, North Shields, to continue sharing many more memories of James.
