It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Patrick Joseph Neary known as 'Pat' at Glan Clwyd Hospital on the 3rd of September. Beloved husband of 49 years to Christine. Much loved Father to Carla and Ceri and Father in Law to Brad and Danny, A dedicated Grandfather to Thea,Siena, Seb and Hugo and a good Friend. Pat will be greatly missed by many. A service for Pat will be held on Friday the 2nd of October at 3.00pm at St Asaph Crematorium, LL17 0LG.
