Peacefully at Inverclyde Royal Hospital on Monday 3rd November 2025 with family by his side. Dougie, much loved husband of Maureen, treasured and loving Dad of Douglas, Elaine, Steven and Katrina (Tina). Adored Granda to Kirstin, Callum, Reece, Zoe, Connor, Amanda, Lee and Lauren, Great Granda to Aimee and Isla. Much loved father in law to Chris, John, Lorna and Lisa. Cherished brother of Margaret, Sandra and Angela and a dear brother in law and uncle.
Funeral service to which all family and friends are respectfully invited will be held at Greenock Crematorium on Thursday 20th November at 11a.m. Thereafter to the Tontine Hotel where the family would like you all to attend to continue sharing your memories of Dougie.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The League of Friends at Inverclyde Royal Hospital.
