Jim passed away peacefully after a short illness at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on Sunday 4th January 2026. He is survived by his wife, Harriet; his two children, Gordon and Barbara; his four grandchildren, David, Andrew, Scott and Jennifer; and his three great grandchildren, Callum, Theo and Heidi.
