Jim sadly passed away in Hilton Park Care Centre on Friday 4th April, aged 76 years.
Beloved husband to the late Rosemary Davies. Loving father to Emma and Karl and doting grandad to Ellie. Will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
Donations in lieu of flowers are for Alzheimer's Research UK (please see link to donate below) and Cancer Research UK.
